I have an obsession when it comes to looking for cute clothes to buy. However,when shopping locally, I find it so hard to buy things I like and when I do like them,they're either out of my budget or crap quality. Most of the department stores I check out have repititions of the same trends that I have no interest in. I've come to the conclusion that if I don't like anything,I might as well try to do it myself.

One of my favorite sources of Diy is Craftster.org. This site is a community of forums for all things Diy from clothes to shoes to candles and makeup. I profess to stalking this site like nobody's business.I lovveee the clothing forum. Some of the posts are really inspiring,they make me want to just run off and buy a sewing machine.Actually,that's what I'm going to do. I'm definitely looking forward to try to make my own stuff.Sewing ,even with a machine,takes a lot of patience but at least I can be my own tailor.Also,practice makes perfect.No more worrying about clothes not fitting right or not finding anything I like.So,now I'm working on getting one since my crap singer(new model) broke.I'm going vintage this time since I heard those are better.

I remember I was at Border's one day just hanging out and Gnarl's Barkley "The Odd Couple" was played on rotation.It almost got unbearable.I guess I changed my mind because this video has been playing on my ipod all daayy long.I just feel happy and energetic when I see it.I've got the dancing aspect on lockdown and now I want a pair of doc martens more than ever before.Haha,yeah it's not exactly new but it's lovely.

Sooo...I was browsing the internet as always and came across this awesome bag.It's nothing short of interesting.Sure I wasn't around in the 1980s during the primetime of the ghettoblaster but flashbacks are fun and this bag is dope.For sixty bucks,it's quite a bit for my broke highschool student budget,but i may be willing to splurge.Afterall,i can carry this at school.Finally,I can let go of my old, crusty,jansport that I've had for the last three years.I realized that I'm obsessed with huge bags too but I love the thought of being able to carry all the things I need.

so summer's almost here and i'm not really caught up in it. Here in boston ,it was 90 degrees yeterday.Today and tomorrow are supposed to be the same,I guess. Eggs will cook on sidewalks and people will melt, and i will be in my house.Right now,i'm in my cool air coinditioned apartment and it's really dark.I like it dark though,I don't know why,I just suppose people are nocturnal,too. When I did have to walk in the sweltering sun,I chose to walk in sweatpants and a black tshirt.Little did I know,I would suffer.I then realized that I didn't really have a lot of summer clothes.oops,i guess it's time to go shopping.
